We specialize in hauling out junk during the moving process as well as foreclosures. We partner with Real Estate agents and buyers/sellers to help make moving as junk free as possible.

Mr. Picker Upper is a community based junk removal company. The owner of Mr. Picker Upper, Dave is a Math teacher at Oakridge High School. We have partnerships with churches and non-profits that help us find new homes for your junk. Mr. Picker Upper strongly believes in supporting the community and recycling or up-cycling your old junk whenever possible.

Hi! My name is Dave Warren and I'm the face of Mr Picker Upper. I'm a High School Math teacher at Oak Ridge High School and a local entrepreneur. I grew up in El Dorado Hills, CA and moved back here with my wife to start a family. We are active members at our church, Vintage Grace and are passionate about foster care and helping others in need.

We partner with Real Estate agents and home buyers/sellers looking to clean out a large amount of junk. Quick moves, fore closures, short sells or trash left behind from a previous owner. We'll come and haul away all the junk! We offer all these services in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park CA and surrounding areas.

Dave returned my call and arrived the next day exactly on time, in a nice-looking, unmarked white truck, to pick up my outdoor umbrella with a very heavy base and two broken chairs. He brought a second person due to the weight of the base. The hauling price was reasonable. Recommended.

I recently moved to Folsom and was in desperate need of a dump run from all of the moving boxes / packaging. My garage was getting too cluttered for my liking. I called Mr. Picker Upper and he was at my house within a few hours and my trash was gone at a reasonable price.

As most of us are during this quarantine, my husband and I had a ton of junk from all sorts of projects around the house. The city wouldn't even take reservations for bulk waste pickup because they were so slammed! Dave, or Mr. Picker Upper, was a knight in shining armor. He was kind, affordable, and even came by the very next day! Highly highly recommend this dude !

Wanted to write another GREAT review on a company I just used today.

I had half a garage full of rotted wood (yes from this dump of a home we were fraudulently sold), mattress set, old large toys, TONS of junk. While I usually use JunkPatrol, they could not beat the price of Mr. Picker Upper, and since this house ruined us financially, I have to go with the best price around, so Mr. Picker Upper was hired
