Woodlawn Orthopedics provides general medical and surgical care for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients, and participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Emergency room services are available on a 24-hour per day, seven-day per week basis. You want to enjoy your life to the fullest.

Provide information to the Patient Access Representative during registration. This includes, but not limited to: home address, phone numbers, guarantor information to include address, phone numbers and work information. Obtain all insurance information to ensure accurate billing to insurance company or responsible party.
We understand the importance of obtaining correct financial information. We ask that you provide us with current insurance information to ensure that we can file your claim in an accurate and timely manner. Rochester Orthopedics participates with most insurance carriers, and we will help you navigate through the insurance process.
You may be eligible for financial assistance to pay for medical services that you receive at Woodlawn Hospital or its affiliated clinics. Income guidelines are based on the federal poverty levels. Currently, if your income is below the following amounts, you may qualify for a discount on your bill.
Co-Pay: A co-pay is a fixed amount you pay for a health care service, usually when you get the service. For example, a doctor's office visit might have a co-pay of $30. The co-pay for an emergency room visit will usually cost more, such as $250. For some services, you may have both a co-pay and coinsurance.
