Wesley Squier, Arba's son, took over the business shortly after his father's passing in 1888. As legacy would have it, Robert Squier, Wesley's son, further took over the business from his father when Wesley too passed away at a young age.

Nice lumber yard and store. Multiple levels of good throughout. I would be surprised if they did not have what your looking for. The representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. Chris took his time and went over the options available. The pricing was to our liking as well. Have many other projects that are ongoing and this will be my 1st stop going forward. Keep it local.

Disappointing follow up experiences, downgrading original rating:
1) Stopped in to buy replacement parts for my Harman Stove (06/2020), was charged $114.75 for two latches that cost $12 each at other local Harman dealers. Same exact parts, same exact manufacturer, $25.50 out the door from another local Harman dealer.
2) About a year after the purchase, I had a few issues/questions about the stove making a loud humming noise. Called for information and was referred to the owner. Owner was completely disinterested in offering any remedy or help.
3) In my original Five-Star review (2017), I praised

Horrible customer service. I've been waiting 5 weeks for an order of pellets they charged me card 5 weeks ago. They keep postponing. No clarity about when they'll be delivered. Owner is rude and dismissive.I strongly recommend steering clear. If you need pellets or pellet stove services, do yourself a favor and go with Higgins. They're exceptional across all areas.

Low competence level, even though recommended by many. I orderd a wood fireplace insert. First estimate was $3200, actual price $4000. Still pretty competetive, so I ordered anyway. They said 10 days, it was 5 weeks. The ordered a wrong connector, so the installation stopped though I took a half vacation day to stay home for them. 4-5 more days is the estimate. Morons.
