Services
Children in this age group are introduced to basic movements of Aikido, dojo manners and the discipline of a martial art. Our Kids Aikido class for ages 4 to 6 focuses on developing self-discipline, self-control, respect for others, and a positive attitude while teaching the basic movements of the martial arts.
Our Youth Aikido Program for ages 7-12 is geared toward providing a fun martial arts curriculum while instilling the positive, life-changing benefits of the Japanese martial arts traditions: respect for others, self-confidence, courtesy, obedience, humility, perseverance, honesty, integrity, self-control and more.
SEISHIN DOJO and Cape Coral Aikido is committed to the teachings of the traditional Japanese martial art of Yoshinkan Aikido. Yoshinkan Aikido is known as a martial art that stresses strong posture, constant repetition of basic movements and techniques specifically designed to develop perfect balance, body center line, focus of power and breath power, while timing and speed are added to achieve extremely powerful techniques with zero strength.

This is the best way to stay young and supple, not to mention grasping your own power to protect yourself. At 65 years young, I recommend this school to any age group. Sensei Joe is amazing, patient and fun. I am NOT giving up til I get my Black Belt, and maybe on to other degrees. Come, and have fun and learn !

Finally a great Aikido school in Cape Coral! Sensei Joe really knows his stuff and is a patient and motivating instructor. He has the best interests of his students at heart and really wants to see them succeed. Aikido is a fun and challenging art and is a fantastic activity for both kids and adults both young and old. I'm still a beginner but am enjoying every minute of class! Stop in and see Sensei Joe and let him introduce you to Yoshinkan Aikido!

Tried this class out for the first time because of a deal they were offering and boy am I glad I did!! The instructor who's name is Joe is phenomenal and so knowledgeable!! I enjoyed it and learned so much that I brought my 2 kids and I've also signed us all up. They love it and are learning so much!! I'm so glad this type of martial arts is available in Cape Coral!!
