Dr. Wendy-ann Sylvester is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and a graduate of Yeshiva, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in New York.

I should have read the reviews before going there! Went there to get a covid booster. The old nurse at the front desk was very rude to me and to other patrons. She didn’t know how to read a digital vaccination card, definitely old pen and paper type of employee with lack of advanced training. She kept gossiping and making negative comments about her coworkers with another employee at the front desk. She messed up the date of birth on my vacc card. Loud and obnoxious with an attitude problem. Definitely not going there again.

(Edited) on behalf of my husband... After years of being seen I’m sad our business together came to an end. I would have appreciated more respect from the man at the front desk but I understand everyone has hard days. 3 stars for the feeling of being unwelcome by the new employee but 5 stars for the service provided throughout the years.

I was a patient at first stop urgent care for about 4 years. Every appointment I paid out of pocket 160 bucks. I take suboxone and have withdrawals if I don’t take it. I moved to Indiana in July and because of COVID I was able to see Jason the doctor via teleconference for acouple of months. Today I called for a visit via teleconference. They said they no longer do this and stopped last month. Nevertheless, failed to tell me about this with at least a phone call. I have one day left of medicine and his solution was you can find a doctor out here even though no doctor are taking new patients and

Doctor Ray was FANTASTIC! Very professional and nice. I had to pay out of pocket because they don’t take Blue Cross PPO, but the experience here was totally worth it! Seems like he actually cares, which is not normal nowadays, unfortunately.
Anyway, you will not be disappointed seeing him! Great doctor, nice office!
