Lilly took her time to help explain the benefits of having certain insurance coverage levels, and also explained how making one lump-sum payment for our 6-month policy would save us on some processing charges compared to paying monthly. She was very patient at talking through and explaining the functions of each coverage item and how it worked (bodily injury per person/per incident; property damage; uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage; etc.). She also took time to look at rent insurance, but we found that our current policy is a better deal. Overall, I have appreciated feeling listened to

What an incredible company! We met with Andrew Kadera and we couldn't be more thankful for his time. He cut through all the unknowns and questions we had about insurance and different coverage options- what was worth it and what wasn't. Ryan Fawley was prompt, thorough, and so patient to answer all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and really put us at ease since we were new to getting home and personal umbrella service. He found the best prices for us and we ended up even switching our auto insurance over to the policy that he found which saved us a lot of money. He also explained line by line what we were paying for and why we needed that amount of coverage. He was a joy to work with and had such a positive and patient attitude. We cannot wait to work with him for many years to come. 5 out of 5 stars!

I worked with multiple insurance agencies (not by choice). Lack of communication at other agencies was how I found Andrew at Allco. He was able to provide precise quotes right away and also created an unbiased table to help me understand options that I'd sourced on my own vs the ones he provided... something I've never seen done. Andrew's quotes were the most competitive I'd seen and he was always available via phone, email, or text. Can't ask for much more.

Marisol was patient and kind. She went out of her way to advise us in the best possible manner and was always professional. Her patiience and professionalism helped us make a good decision . While sitting at home, it gave me time to look at my expenses and what I was potentially spending to much on. I was not sure if I was overpaying or not for my auto insurance so I reached out to Andrew and he was super prompt to help. He helped me determine that my current insurance was in fact the best rate. Ryan assessed my present coverage (both home and auto), made recommendations of where I should increase coverage (one of my concerns was that I was underinsured). After doing a search he informed me that he did not find a company that could meet or beat my present coverage.

I cannot say enough good things about Allco and more specifically, Samantha. She was referred to me by family and she has exceeded all my service expectations - she is communicative, courteous, and informative. Love this company! I was insured (Auto/Renters Insurance) by them for 4+ years. I initially met with Andrew and since I have worked with several others at this location. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The rates that I have gotten were the best I have found. I had an accident while with them and I did not have any issues. My car was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time (5 days) and the work was flawless. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone with Insurance needs.

So happy I chose to have all my insurance needs met with Allco Insurance, specifically Marisol Botello as my agent. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is the way it should be.
