Services
Here at Lotus Massage and Rehabilitation I use a combination of therapeutic and relaxation approaches, as well as corrective exercises and lifestyle advice. Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. Sports Massage is a popular treatment and prevention of soft tissue sports injuries.
Booking Appointments- In order to reserve an appointment a credit card must be placed on file. This is required as part of my late cancel/No Show policy. Massages by Haf are just amazing! Even the oil she uses feels different from what other massage therapists use. She really gets into the moment and in tuned with what your body needs. You can literally just lay there, not say a word and she just knows what to do! I’ve booked a massage from Haf every week since the first time I booked her and loved it each and every time! Her professionalism, punctuality and personality matches her skill level and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

First visit here, was a bit apprehensive about coming to a residential area! I was so wrong to be, firstly, Hâf’s clinic is in a perfect spot! Separate from her property, very private and not your usual sound of doors opening/closing, hearing other people talking coming in and out of a typical commercial set up!
Secondly, I loved how passionate Hâf is about her job! She has amazing communication and listening skills and excellent at her niche knowing where to treat my problematic areas such as my neck, back and shoulders.

Haf is wonderful! I booked the same day (great, flexible hours) and came in with neck, shoulder & back muscle pain. Her deep tissue massage made all the difference and was just what I needed. I am so happy I purchased the yearly package (great value) and can not wait till March to go back. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. She definitely knows her stuff!!!

Häf Higgott is simply the best massage therapist I have ever been too! She has helped me out a lot with my neck, shoulder and back problems. She is very knowledgeable and she has this inert ability to understand your muscles, body and stress. Very professional, she is always on time and with an excellent work ethic (she does not discuss anything personal during massage). Caring, very reliable and consistent, she always takes her time to make sure she meets your expectations. I like her office also, very clean with calm and relaxing atmosphere. Every time I was there Häf made me feel very comfortable

Hâf could tell where I was tense, was very deep (like I wanted), and also discussed "cupping" to help alleviate my muscles. She went the extra mile. I've already recommended her to my friends! I will definitely be back. This was my first deep tissue massage and I was very impressed. Her clinic is modern, very clean and calming environment.

This has been an oasis for me for healing and tranquility. I have a sports injury in particular and Haf has been skillfully and naturally helping me heal. Her hands are incredible! Her massage technique as well is just perfect! The environment is peaceful, relaxing and immaculate. Completely covid compliant and mindful. This place is truly a gem and I am grateful to have found it!

Häf is amazing! She is has loads of knowledge about the body. She has helped me through stiff necks, shoulder and back pain. Not only just easing what was going on but teaching me way to make sure I don’t re-injure myself. I recently had nerve surgery on my arm and she has helped work through the scar and muscle tissue. I’ve have gone to her place and she has come to my home! She’s professional and amazing at what she does. I have never been disappointed! Ps. I can’t wait to do cupping in my next session 💚
