We are a group of psychologists and counselors who specialize in finding real-world solutions for real-world problems. We have three locations in the Atlanta metro area.

Psychological Services have changed a lot in the last 20 years. We provide services to adults, teens and children. We can meet virtually every mental health need you may have; in the rare instance when we cannot, we can quickly direct you to the right place. The articles published here describe many, but not all, of the solutions we can help you find.

Atlanta Area Psychological Associates are pleased to provide our extensive library of videos and original articles dealing with mental health topics that may be of interest to you and your family. Articles are provided for general information, and do not represent recommendations or treatment for any specific situation.
We are contracted with most of the major insurance companies and their sub-contractors, the "managed mental health care" companies. We also accept Medicaid for children and adolescents up to age 18. We are contracted with all 3 of the Medicaid Managed Care Plans: Wellcare, Peach State, and Amerigroup for children and adults.

This is the Acworth office for Atlanta Area Psychological Associates P.C.
There are two offices (suite 803 on the main floor and suite 805 upstairs which are both in the 800 Building).
There isn't a secretary on duty. Handicapped parking, sidewalk and entrance (all wheelchair accessible), except for the upstairs office which has a flight of stairs leading to suite 805's waiting room and office.
Ground level parking is available.
Note: after pulling into the office park, both suites 803 and 805 are located in the back of the office park which simply means drive around back.
After taking a friend

Tried to get information about this practice. Receptionist was rude and literally told me that their Acworth location had limited resources and I should go somewhere else. Also was very curt and gave no information what's so ever. I called before I saw the other reviews, glad I ended up avoiding them.
