Eli was very accommodating to my inspection request. He was friendly, and ahead of schedule . He was very thorough and more than willing to answer my questions and take take the time to explain things to me. He had the inspection report to me the same day. I would recommend that anyone, especially first time home buyers, looking for a home inspection in Atlanta go with Top to Bottom Inspection. Eli, the owner and the inspector who came to the house I’ve been looking to buy did an excellently job. He was very helpful and direct over the phone and gave me a very fair price for a combination general home inspection, mold, and termite inspection when compared to other home inspection companies I got quotes from. At the inspection he encouraged me to walk through the house with him and ask questions as he inspected every nook and cranny for issues.

Eli was AMAZING and very thorough! He not only inspected everything and explained everything to us, but he is an extremely friendly professional.
