Inspector Mike Johnson and his wife provided the best customer and professional service. They were friendly, polite, thorough, and caring. I was not able to attend the initial inspection, they ensured I was updated throughout the process. I received a call after it was done to advise me I would have the report that evening and to call after I review it so he can answer all of my questions. He patiently went through each section to explain in lament terms what repairs were needed immediately, what I needed to do to maximize the life of appliances and structures, and provided pictures of how items

Being a 1st time home buyer you don't know the ins and out of anything really. Mike and his wife both took me thru the entire house and explained the great the good the bad and the ugly they were honest and gave me their professional thoughts on things i should do that could make me save money down the road. My mom even said she wish she had someone like him and his wife when she purchased her home to show her things like Mike did me!! I would recommend him to anyone that is purchasing a home!!!

Mr. Mike was exceptional! He has a wealth of knowledge, maintained great communication and worked around my schedule when needed. The inspection is extremely thorough and he takes his time explaining everything to you, from start to finish. Mike does NOT do a thorough job. I had to buy a new roof as soon as I moved in to my home because my homeowner's insurance was going to be cancelled because their inspector found my roof to be old, weak, and brittle. Mike does NOT even touch the roof during inspection. He stands on the ground and looks at the roof through a pair of binoculars. During his "inspection", he said the roof had 5-7 years left. If I'd known the roof would've been an immediate expense, I would've addressed that with the seller.

Mr. Mike and Mrs. Jackie was awesome! As first time homebuyers we didn't know what to expect. They were on time and very thorough when inspecting each part of the home. If there was a problem they would explain what the issues were and what needed to be done. Everything was explained in easy to understand terms and he took his time to discuss with us and answer any questions we had. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
