Horrible communication with the front staff. I had an appointment today, which was cancelled upon arriving. I called an the woman said well we called twice yesterday and there was no answer. I never received a call or no voicemail was left. She told me it rang and that it never went to voicemail. That there was nothing she could have done since she called twice. I understand that she had to come in on Sunday due to Dr. Koblar having a family emergency.
