Purchasing a new windshield, the sales price, all the way thru installation (in my Hm driveway) ended up satisfactory. However, I got “No Call-No Showed” the day installation was scheduled. Then when I called the main # to inquire, salesman fed me a (apparently their usual) BS line about them being shipped the incorrect windshield that morning & needing to sort it out for me instead of actually sticking to the previously agreed upon install time. I would’ve appreciated them, at a minimum, calling to let me know. I would’ve been just fine if I’d been told what was probably the truth: the

One of the more expensive Pearland companies. I should have gotten quotes from other places but I was in a hurry. The wrong windshield was brought so had to get done the day after scheduled which wasn't an issue for me but might be for some. Techs were quick and gave me simple after instructions. I will check the other local businesses out next time I need something though for prices. I just trusted all the high reviews. The quote on the phone does not include tax, so make sure you ask for that so you are prepared for the full amount. Guys did remove and re attach all stickers best they could.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received here yesterday. I was in a JAM and needed my driver's side door window replaced after a break-in. Alpine came to me and they got to my vehicle right away. they were in and out in no time! They charged me exactly $100 LESS than than a leading company quoted to me. Overall great service from the interactions over the phone to when the tech came out to replace the windshield! I called on Monday for a quote and then received a call on Tuesday with both quotes. I was quoted over $150 less than other places. They were even able to come to my work and replace it next day. Will definitely use them for any future needs!
