HT ProTech used to actually be really good & dependable. NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE...
I've used these guys for many years and I don't know if the business is under new management or ownership changed hands, but they wend from "good & dependable" to rude & unprofessional!
I contacted them to try to arrange to have them come and do an install in my office (wasn't even concerned with price or shopping them around, as I was happy with their service in the past). After not picking up my call, the person handling the calls sent me a text saying that they're not available

Definitely recommend this business to take care of all your needs- handy wishes. They got back to me instantly and did my service the very next day! Which was very convenient. Very professional and polite. Edward helped attach my Samsung crystal Curve 55" above my fireplace. He did an outstanding job.

Hi I used this company for my home they send 1 guy to install 2 t.v. ok I said in till the guy said he needs help with me holding the t.v.s ok no problem I said
Then he leves me hold the TV for 20min to go to hes truck then tells me he needs more money ok I said just lets install it right what ever it take so 2hr. Later
Hes get done with me helping him charges me 100 extra demand a tip and then 2 day later the TV fell on my floor crack the hole screen and broke ......
I call up they told me to f*ck off verry UN professional would never hire these5 clowns again save ur money and time and call

Texted multiple times trying to get them out. Asked questions then they went silent multiple times My boyfriend did the same. If you can't do it you should just state it so the customer can move on with someone else. This cost me an extra day and wasted effort of finding someone. If they have certain criteria for a job, they can just state it, instead of being unprofessional.

I needed mounting down for my living room and backyard .... I wouldve done it myself but meh I'm lazy lol. Anywho I wanted something done that day and they delivered ! Ed was awesome ...came at around 645 and finished at 8 with the 2 tvs... took a while because found out he was peruvian like me and we started chatting ...hes a good dude... great service

Awesome Job! Ed was the best, very patient and easy to communicate with. I've had issues with others on Craigslist that were very rude and shady. I texted HTProTech on Friday the 13th and they came out THE NEXT DAY (Saturday 7.14.18) to mount our two bedroom TVs + one soundbar in the living room. A+ work!! They even sent us an invoice straight from the installers smart phone! High End Professional installers without paying a premium price!

I don't write reviews very often but I feel that this company deserves a review. I decided to have some TVs put up on the walls so I looked on craigslist and found HT ProTech. It was Sunday night around 830 or so in the evening and I sent a message via text not really expecting to get a reply until the following day because it was Sunday night. I immediately got a response from someone who is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He asked me for a few details and was able to give me an estimate at that time. Michelle and her helper did a great job installing & programming my 48" Sony (with a tilt mount) over my mantle. After discussing what I needed with Andrew, a tech was scheduled for the next day. Michelle texted me when they were stuck in traffic (very common problem in LA) and were running later than our scheduled appointment, which was fine - I like that she let me know they were in-transit. If your not to sure how to program your new tv, surround sound, cable, video game system I recommend this company. I had my tv wall mounted. They offer different wall mounts on there website you can order. I would suggest get a good surge protector And a HDMI cable. They come to your house. The install took about 2 hours. I was going to go with Best Buy were I bought my tv glad I cancelled the installation with them. They wanted to charge a little more. Thanks alot guys.

It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this service. First off,
they didn't honor the advertised price. ($180.00 swivel mount with in wall wiring, 2 for 1 special)and I was providing one of the wall mounts. I also didn't need the in wall wires. They told me because it was a 48" sony it would be $60.00 extra, totaling $250.00 if I paid cash. They assured me everything would be set up connected and the cables covered.
The installers arrived two and a half hours late after a call that they'd arrive in 30-45 minutes. They didn't have the hdmi cable to connect

I've used HT Protech twice, once in 2010 and again in 2011. Both times they were prompt and courteous. They mounted three of my flat screens and did a fine job with hidden wire installation. I'm not a techie, but my TVs work fine: ) I'm planning to use them again this winter break to intstall another flatscreen in my kid's room.

To Michelle C.: I actually stated in my voice mail the specifics of my service needs. My home theater system had several components yanked out by a cleaning service, leaving me with no tv, FIOS, or audio. My request was for re -installation of these components along with upgrade to Monster cable or the equivalent. That is what I meant by "service/repair" in my review, not repair of any electronic devices.

@ Michelle - You're people didn't contact me until close to 4pm....that's not running a "LITTLE" late. Yes I rescheduled for the next day because I wasn't going to sit there until they decided they wanted to show up.
