Kodiak recliner - 4Seating.com. So far so good! It took a long time for the chairs to arrive because they were navy blue and that's not a color 4seating has in stock. However, I was told the delivery time would be about 4 months when we ordered the chairs. They arrived pretty close to the time promised. The chairs arrived in good condition and although there are several motors and electronic switches on the chairs they have worked flawlessly. The overall quality of the chairs is excellent. The leather quality is great and the navy-blue color tint was better than expected - we thought it might be

I purchased six Diamonte theatre chairs from Alex this past fall, They arrived in excellent condition despite the challenges of the weather and shipping issues these Covid days, They are everything Alex said they would be and more, we added the sound shakers to the order.
My favorite part has been reclining back and watching my wife and son grin while shaking to the movies action! I recommend the beginning of the Dark Knight Batman movie for a test run!

I purchased a set of 6 Serenity theater seats from 4seating.com. The experience working with the sales rep Zack was straight forward and well informed. Zack didn't force me into buying more than I needed but made sure to provide all of the details I requested in a timely manner via email and during our phone conversations. Zack Falcon is the absolute best Representative for 4Seating ever! He helped me so much choosing the exactly correct seating for my downstairs media area! I got them today and they are even more stunning than I imagined. The color is perfect as Zack assured me it would be and the beauty and comfort is excellent! The Delivery Service, JB Hunt, was perfection, too. They gave the courtesy call the day before and in the morning to tell me exactly when they’d arrive! They did arrive exactly when they said and we didn’t have to do anything. The set up was smooth and no problems were encountered whatsoever

4seating had a reclining sofa with all the features we wanted at an excellent price. Clara was personable and very helpful in helping us determine just the right model. With the current supply chain issues we were amazed to receive our sofa just nine days after we ordered it. A word of caution - if you pay for the white glove delivery the freight tracking applies to receipt at the trucking terminal, not to your home.

I ordered a five seat row with built in riser and a four seat standard row. Very high quality and I am very satisfied. Jesse was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the various options and placing the order. They even got delivered early and white glove delivery service was excellent. Very glad to see a company still take pride in their product and customer service!

The most ridiculous company I have ever done business with. We ordered a 4 piece couch, around $5,000. Waited 5 months for the first delivery. The seats were so incredibly uncomfortable. Not usable. Terrible! We returned the entire purchase and replaced it with something different. We hade to pay a $1,500 "re-stocking fee". The replacement took ANOTHER 5 MONTHS. We have pets so we didn't want to cause any damage to the couch so we covered the seats with sheets and did not use them, in our theater room, for 5 more months. When they finally delivered the new couch, they delivered

I was looking at Seatcraft home theater seatings online, and I was surprised 4seating had a showroom near my house. They had many different styles and color options. I was able to sit on different styles before choosing the one I liked. Dario who helped us was very nice and friendly. They had top-notch customer service as well. After the delivery, I noticed one of the seats had an issue. When I contacted 4seating, Brittany at custom service responded very quickly and replaced it right away. About a month ago, I placed an order for four Seatcraft Athenian chairs. Having never seen the chairs in-person, I was extremely nervous about ordering these from a company that is located 2,000 miles from my house! After speaking with Joseph, all of my questions were answered, and ultimately my mind was put at ease. My wife and I decided to go for it!

I wish to add an addendum to my initial review of 7.6.21 While the company has been generous in now refunding the full amount that I had paid for the seats, I remain having one USB port that for the second time is faulty and not operational. Their warehouse had sent me two shipments...both the wrong part. Their outsourced furniture repair company, FSN sent a Tech over..he confirmed that the part they had sent [both times] were incorrect.

Dario was super helpful in helping us find the living room furniture set we wanted. He had a lot of suggestions for us and did not pressure us to buy right then and there. I would highly recommend checking out the showroom if you are in the market for some nice & comfortable couches--just be aware they are appointment only due to COVID-19 and their weekend appointments book out pretty far. Looking forward to our delivery date to have some super comfy couches for movie night!

Would not recommend. They had to replace a defective theater chair and refused to haul away the old chair. Amanda with JB hunt (their delivery company) was rude and unapologetic on the phone. Heads up- You'll be playing phone tag between 4seating company and the delivery company the entire time. Very unprofessional.

We ordered theater seating in November hoping to have it for family time over the holidays. We liked other styles more than what we selected, but chose what was in stock due to the advertised fast delivery. Fast forward to February (bummer)-most of our order arrived. We like the seating and the delivery was fine. A missing table top was delayed for a 3rd time so I requested a refund and was given one quickly.
I understand with the current way of the world that delays happen. This company has zero empathy for any interactions which makes it clear that my business is not anything more than a dollar

Had appointment Dec 16, 2020 at La Habra, Calif. showroom and purchased leather chair by credit card. Was told our model and color was in stock in Texas and it would be shipped the next day. On Dec 21, I inquired to get tracking info on shipment and was told the chair was out of stock and that we could expect to get it in March 2021. Really? Then, the next day we received an email that the chair was being shipped. This caused me to look at the Better Business Bureau and become a little nervous. This has been a 3 month nightmare with 4seating! 1st unit came late. Then was delivered missing an entire seat and not connected or set up after paying $199 for White Glove delivery. Finally got missing chair and they delivered brackets that are now just sitting on my floor waiting to be installed. Tech came out yesterday and said he didn't have everything he needed to connect the unit so did nothing and left. Called 4seating the first guy hung up on me after asking for a manager. Now I am just waiting again... I just want this transaction to be over with! Other companies sell SEATCRAFT..

Love this place. Went to order my furniture online & found out it's local here in La Habra, Ca so we decided to come in an check the place out. So happy we did. Dario was so helpful & wonderful. Gave us some awesome recommendations. I'm exciting to see how it all turns out. I was going to go black but chose dessert taupe from his recommendation :)

Delivery rejected as items damaged. Angela was the Customer Service Rep that I spoke with.
I explained that the items were damaged and that I refused delivery. She was rude and totally dismissive and stated that "I can not guarantee that even a second one I ship out will not have damage".
Not the answer I was looking to hear, I will not do business with these clowns again.
Buyer beware !!!
Who pays almost $4,000 dollars for theater chairs and seller argues that buyer is supposed to accept them sold as new with damage. 100% Unhappy!
