You don't appreciate a good Air conditioning guy until you need one. My home unit went out on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I called and Alan was there in 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes, it was diagnosed and once he informed me in detail what was wrong and the cost he got right to work. Before 9 pm it was repaired.

We had a non working AC unit that happened on a Saturday afternoon. I called the number and left a message. Alan Called back in about two minutes. He came over in less than thirty minutes. He then proceeded to try and find the problem as to why the AC was not working. he worked for about an hour and a half and was able to find a wire that had been worn by the vibration on the unit. He fixed the problem and got the house cool again. He let us know every thing he tried and what he would do next if it didn't work.
