When I had decided to go through the process of getting braces I had emailed a few places, Tighe Orthodontics was the first place to respond back. From that email I had a wonderful feeling about them. They were friendly, professional and caring.
Setting foot in the office everything was confirmed. The office staff, Dr Tighe, they all just care about you wanting to make sure you get the best care and experience. They also take the time to learn about you so that it’s not just another visit, it’s a visit with a friend.

Best Orthodontic practice in town! Dr. Tighe knows his stuff! My whole family had the orth work done by Dr. Thighe and all received excellent results! He is patient and will provide detailed explanation when you have any questions. We all know that Dr. is only 50% of the experience and the office staff is the other half. I can say that EVERYONE I ever talked to in the office is wonderful! They are polite, professional and will make extra effort to meet your needs! No messed up appointments. No lost messages. What a wonderful team!

This orthodontist was recommended to me for my son with autism and Down Syndrome who had great fear of dental work. I have found all the staff a delight to work with; the workplace pleasantly spacious, comfortable and designed for client enjoyment; the financial parameters very agreeable, and the treatment regular and effective with timely review of progress. I would highly recommend with no reservations.

I love Dr. Tighe. The facility is fantastic although that’s only part of the package. Even when he was in the old building he and his staff were always pleasant and upbeat. They remember you when you walk in and make you feel welcome. Dr. Tighe was always honest but professional. Even though I moved an hour and a half away, I’m going to drive all the way back out for my daughter who now needs braces.
In a world of cookie cutter and quantity over quality, thank you for doing the opposite. It really makes y’all stand out.

My daughter got her braces from Tighe Orthodontics. From Day 1, we were impressed with his approach. Another ortho wanted to do braces 2x on her. He said it wasn't necessary and was right. 20 months of treatment and her teeth look amazing. She just had a one year follow up from removal and they still look great.
I was so happy with Dr. Tighe and his team, I decided to get mine done, too. I had braces as a teenager, but tons of restorative work really affected my bite and my teeth shifted over the last 25 years.

This is the best orthodontist in the area! Dr. Tighe is amazing at what he does.... he has a wonderful bedside manner and does great work! His staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable.....And not to mention the office is beautiful with video games, things to keep children of all ages occupied and a coffee bar with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. My youngest daughter is so scared of the dentist but actually looks forward to going there and My oldest daughter is 1/2 through her treatment and her smile is looking gorgeous! We definitely recommend Dr

I knew that when it was time for my daughters to get braces we would be going to Tighe Orthodontics because many many years ago I was a patient of Dr. Tighe's father. I always had wonderful experiences as a patient and now my daughters do as well! Dr. Tighe is a very friendly, kind, professional orthodontist who is wonderful at what he does. Many years ago I was a patient at Tighe Orthodontics. I had such a good experience here as a teen I knew where I would take my children when they needed braces. We have 1 finished with treatment, 2 currently in treatment and 3 who are being watched for treatment. The results our children have had here are amazing! The office staff and Dr. Tighe have made such a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their patients! I would highly recommend anyone come here as we have personally seen amazing results with many types of orthodontic issues.

As a former patient of Tighe Orthodontics, it was an easy choice to take my kids there when they also needed braces. Right now I have one "graduate" and another finishing up treatment, with a 3rd waiting for his turn. The entire staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always accommodating, and the pinball machines don't hurt either! I highly recommend.
