Started in 1977 by long time local resident John Mays, Kingsdene Nurseries and Garden Center has grown with the community throughout the years, always offering customers the healthiest selection of plants possible. That's because Kingsdene is a real working Nursery. While most "chain stores" are selling plants crowded on hot parking lots, our fine selection is growing beautifully on 5 acres of open land under optimum Nursery conditions.

We're always looking for the latest new varieties, and would love to hear about some of your favorites. Kingsdene Nursery's Landscape Division is available to meet your needs for a beautiful outdoor living space. We specialize in natural stone walls, property borders, curbside appeal, and renovating old tired landscapes. Our full service retail nursery allows our clients to see plant options first hand, and know exactly what our suggestions will look like in their new landscape.
Now it is especially important to water your plants to help them survive the winter and come back beautiful in the spring. Plants are storing nutrients to help them survive and we can help out by watering. Be sure to soak all around the edge of the plant canopy, which is where the branches end on a plant.

This place is the absolute best nursery around. Earlier this year we had a large landscaping project in our backyard and we wanted to do it ourselves. We went to some other nurseries near by, but what makes Kingsdene stand out is their customer service. We were always greeted by very friendly people that were knowledgeable about their products. They spent time with us to walk through the nursery and make recommendations about what would work for our project. We didn't find that anywhere else, which is why we kept coming back. They also back most of their products for a year, which you won't find
