I'm super happy with the care my mom is receiving here. Meeran has gone above and beyond, working with my mom's medical specialists to make sure she has the medications and support she needs to be well. The staff is really sweet, patient, and caring. They have worked hard to win my mom's trust and she is not especially easy to please. Meeran is very warm, compassionate, and communicative. We feel really lucky to have found a home for my mom at Lafayette Gardens.

Please think twice before placing your loved one at Lafayette Gardens.
My mother was there for about 8 months. The caregivers are sweet and do their best but because English is not their first language communication was difficult.
Communication was a big problem. My mother was under hospice care so any information came from them. Not the facility.
The manager, Meeran , was not a very warm person. A mistake in her business. It was all about the bottom line with her. $$$$
I just have to give one example to show that--
My daughter and I had made our last visit to see my mother

My grandfather was admitted into this care home and the care givers did an amazing job and took care of all of his needs and beyond. The care home has excellent care givers and the owner, Meeran provided outstanding service. I felt very comfortable and satisfied that my grandfather was in the right hands and was being taken care of with superb care. The care home was exceptionally clean and sanitized and the overall environment was very homely.

I cannot say enough about Lafayette Gardens.. It’s one of the nicest care homes that I get to visit often. The neighborhood is so nice the home is big, bright, airy, and CLEAN! The owner- Meeran is so wonderful, knowledgeable and cares so much about her residents and is a true advocate for them. The caregivers are always so pleasant and eager to help with anything needed. I would highly suggest Lafayette Gardens to any and everyone!

Lafayette Gardens Care Home provided exceptional care for my uncle. The care givers had the best attitude and fulfilled all there responsibilities towards my uncle and made sure he was given the care that he needed. The care home was very clean and sanitized. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place for there elders or those in need of one.

We needed a home for our elderly family friend who lost the ability to walk and take care of herself within just a few months. Truly a stressful decision! Lafayette Gardens took her in and has provided her with compassion and great care. It's been challenging but they understand the balance between her desire for independence and physical and emotional needs. It was amazing to see the improvement in her after just a few short weeks! Her room is roomy and bright and while we brought in her own furniture, a hospital bed was provided. And the big screen TV was a bonus! The house itself is cozy, warm

Lafayette Gardens is located in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. The facility is bright, clean and airy and there's a nice deck in the back that's accessible to residents with limited mobility as well. The rooms are well furnished and pretty large.
The caregivers I met were cheerful and there was a pleasant energy about them as they went about their business caring for residents.
I would recommend Lafayette Gardens Care Home to anyone looking for senior care or short-term rehab.

My stepmother was there for 3 weeks before passing. She had been at home prior to that but we felt like she needed more care. We had been to several places and nothing felt right until we got to Lafayette Gardens. The area was beautiful. The home was bright, clean and welcoming and Meeran was kind, knowledgeable and could really understand our situation. She was on top of things and really fought to get hospice on board. We will be forever grateful that our stepmothers last days were there with love and compassion.

My siblings and I looked extensively for a care facility for our Father. When we found Lafayette Gardens, we looked no further. Tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the facility itself is serene, relaxing, and home-like. Additionally, it is kept immaculately. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and capable of tending to all of my Father’s needs And special thanks to Meeran, who runs the facility. She is professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in senior care. My family and I can rest assured that our Father is receiving the best care.

My Mom moved in first of December. Meeran and staff have been wonderful with her. She is going through the expected adjustment period and they have been patient and accommodating to her needs. She raves about the home cooked meals and I’ve noticed has put one some needed weight due to them! Her hygiene has been well taken care of which is very important. The home itself is very clean and neat along with excellent Covid screens for anyone entering such as temperature checks and masking and distancing completely from residents. Thankful to have found this home for my mom I feel comfortable knowing

This facility is good if your loved one is not mentally there and / or if your loved one is so self sufficient that they don't need much stimulation or social attention. The owner over-promises and under-delivers. The staff is very well intended, but did not have much actual nursing knowledge.
At the point that our loved one was there 11 months ago, the owner had not been in the business for long having taken over for a long time owner- the new/current owner herself had no prior experience running such a facility and that became evident.

As hard as it is been to find good senior care for my mom, and prices of some facilities that charge 5-13 grand per month and still often provide truly inadequate care. My mom over the last 6 years was in 4 different facilities and each had profound problems with keeping good caregivers. Many are so large the caretaker to patient care ratios are often 1:10 which sucks if your parent needs care semi-urgently. We felt very lucky to find Lafayette Gardens.
