Services
We recommend visiting from 8 am until 8 pm, after that time we lock our doors as most residents are asleep. But you are welcome to visit 24 hours a day. Please call in advance for after-hours visits to ensure access. We strive to create social programs and individualized activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.
Your doctor has ordered the services you need for SNF care, which require the skills of professional personnel such as registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, etc. You require the skilled care on a daily basis and the services must be ones that can only be provided in a SNF on an inpatient basis.
A valuable online tool is "Nursing Home Compare" found in the "Search Tools" area of medicare.gov. The Medicare website has a list of items that may help you determine what facility is best for you. Residents are clean, appropriately dressed for the season or time of day, and well groomed. The relationship between the staff and the residents appear to be warm, polite, and respectful.
We are committed to doing regular reviews and modifications of our sites in order to improve the accessibility for people with disabilities, and compatibility with assistive technology. We welcome your questions, comments and feedback to address any issues you may encounter and to increase accessibility to our website experiences.

Horrible place. My kids father in there for 10 years and it just got worse each year. He passed in November and they refuse to give us his belongings until we called the police 7 weeks later. They then gave us 2 garbage nada with other people clothes all stained and crumbled. They will not give us his belongings and we are filing complaints.

I wouldn't believe the other review. This place was horrible. Food was sickening, its under staffed and nothing much worked. TV, toilets etc.
I left after two days.
I couldn't stand the screaming. This poor women was screaming for hours at a time, "HELP ME, PLEASE HELP ME" I don't know if anyone checked in on her.
I went there after a stay in the hospital thinking I could recoup with the PT they offered. I never got any therapy, just laid in bed all day.
When I say the food was bad I can't express how bad.
The eggs were powdered, so was the milk. One lunch was some sort of salmon and spinach

I spent 2 1/2 weeks here following shoulder surgery. I can't say enough about it. The care was very good, the staff very attentive. It was obvious to me that most everyone who works here seems to be happy to be here. It didn't take long for me to feel a part of the "family." The facility is easily navigable and kept very clean at all times. Thank you Professional Post Acute Center.
