Born and raised in SE Michigan. After graduating from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences - College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, in Des Moines, Iowa, he moved back home to do his post graduate training in Podiatric Medicine in the metro Detroit area. He then completed a Podiatric Surgical Residency at POH Medial Center.

I love this office! Me and my family have been patients here for 13 years. The staff is friendly and thorough and like extended family. Dr. Bloch was great and focused on resolving my problem.

Dr. Bloch was good in the options & explaining the procedure of removing my toe nail. He was friendly & conversive at the right times. Did the procedure expertly, in a short amount of time. Gave me a Good impression for being the first time we met. Gets good Mark's from me !

Dr Purtuc is the best! Super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Dr Purtuc did a surgery for me a couple years back, removing a needle from my foot! He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease!

Really friendly staff. Music in the waiting was 80's awesome! The lady who took me in and did my vitals was super friendly. Doc was really down to earth and gave me my options. Defo would go there again.

I love the surgeon there. He always makes sure I am doing okay, did a wonderful job fixing my foot. They are such a wonderful place to go if you need help with your feet.

Dr. Purtuc is my absolute favorite doctor ever. He is so sweet, gentle and very intelligent. He has taken such good care of both my big toes, performing surgery when I had an infection and then tending to my stress fracture. He even called to see how I was doing and to let me know he prescribed me medication to ease my pain. I am always so excited when I get to see him! He’s the best! Thank you, Dr. Purtuc, for everything. (:
