Shining Light Gymnastics is a faith-based gymnastics facility located in Spring Hill, TN. We offer a variety of gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and Ninja Warrior classes for boys and girls at every skill level, ages 1 to 16. We also offer classes for parents and toddlers looking to spend some fun, quality time together, as well as competitive gymnastics and cheer programs for those looking for a more advanced experience.
We have a heart to serve and mentor our students into the fullness of their ability & talent. At Shining Light Gymnastics, we believe that helping students accomplish their physical goals is only part of our mission. Shining Light Gymnastics is a faith-based gymnastics facility located in Spring Hill, TN. It was a 2008 expansion of Let it Shine Gymnastics in Franklin, TN. In 2013, Curtis and Holly Borntrager purchased the Spring Hill location and re-named it Shining Light Gymnastics.

Shining Light Gymnastics is excited to provide a selection of recreational & competition gymnastics teams for various ages and abilities. Gymnastics provides a wide array of benefits, spanning from physical to mental and emotional. Participating on a gymnastics team is a wonderful experience when the program, the athlete and the parents are all working toward similar goals.
Shining Light Gymnastics provides the mental and physical discipline needed for competition within a framework of positive reinforcement and encouragement. The old cliche "There is no I in team" cannot be more apparent than in competitive cheerleading. To be successful in this sport, our athletes must not only be strong, disciplined and talented on their own, they must stand strong as a team.
Shining Light Gymnastics offers a variety of different experiences beyond gymnastics and recreational classes. From birthday parties to summer camps, Shining Light is the perfect place for your children to have fun with friends. You can leave the planning and clean up to us. To kids, birthdays are very special events.

If you like getting random emails of price increases 1-2 times a year, this is the place for you. The classes get bigger and you pay more... makes sense right NOT. I could understand price increases if the coach to athlete ratio got smaller but now you want me to pay more to have less attention on my kid. They know they are the only gymnastics place in Spring Hill, and they strong arm you into staying. The trip to Franklin or Columbia doesn't look so bad after the unapologetic, callous response I got from the front office person. The previous review was correct they think THEY ARE THE CUSTOMER

If you are a cheer parent head north or south. This is not a cheer gym. You got a gymnast?, a kid that wants to play while learning to tumble but not really into it? This might be the place for you. If you have a serious cheerleader there are other gyms that give your kid what they need to grown The owner has decided to neglect a huge market share of cheerleaders (allstar and school) in Spring Hill.

My 13 year old son loves the Ninja Warrior class they offer for homeschoolers. Classes are small enough that the instructor can work on different skills with him. I also signed my 11 year old daughter in their beginner gymnastics class and the class is slightly larger number but they do break them down into different sections. Friendly staff and reasonable price for classes offered.

My daughter is now in the ninja warrior program. She absolutely loves it. We have tried every single sport to keep her active and this is the first time she has found something she loves, that gives her confidence. Matt has created a program that is super fun and challenging. Yet any child at any level can do it. We love her coaches. They are really fun and encouraging.

We did a birthday party for our 9 year old here. The kids loved the warped wall like American Ninja warrior. The kids enjoyed the zip line as well. The adults tried the balance beams and had fun. Overall we paid 210 for up to 25 kids with 1 hour on the equipment then 30 mins eating. We brought our own pizza and drinks and it worked out well. Friendly folks monitored the kids and kept everyone safe.

We’ve had a great experience at Shining Light! Our daughter has been in one of the pre-rec classes for about a year now, and we’ve seen substantial improvement. I can tell a huge difference in her athletic abilities and overall coordination.
What I love most about Shining Light is the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and they make newcomers feel welcome! The coaches are able to give our children the individual attention they need, which is what I really looked for in a gym. Coach Donna is wonderful, the children just love her! I can’t sing her praises enough!

By far the best place I've ever been to, my children love it! If you go definitely ask for alex, she is the absolute best at what she does and deserve a full ok salary if you ask me! My daughter now thinks alex is her mom more than myself! It's okay though I love alex! Alex is the best! Go there and go alex!
