Let me first introduce myself - I am Brynn Crady. I was born and raised in the swamps of South Louisiana, in a little town called, Berwick. I left Louisiana seventeen years ago and have since lived in; Dallas and Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and now, Nashville. I moved here in 2009, when I married my husband, Jeremy.
With proper instruction, gymnastics is a very safe sport. Many clubs will skip basic skill progressions that are deemed "easy" but do not understand the fundamental foundation that these skills develop to help prevent injury. Repetition is the key to safe gymnastics. When the body is habitually wired to perform a basic skill, other, more difficult skills, can be added safely.
After School Boost is a high-energy after care program that keeps kids moving. Kids will also work on homework, enjoy snack time, group games, crafts, and other physical activities. We can take care of all extra curricular activities while in our care (gymnastics, dance, swim lessons). Upon arrival, each child will be checked into our KidCheck system.
If I do not show up for the camp I reserved or I need to cancel, do I receive a refund or credit?. A 50% deposit is due at the time of enrollment to reserve your spot. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits are given. The remainder of your balance is due the week before camp.

This is a class designed to introduce students ages 18-36 months to exploring foundational gymnastics movements alongside their parent or guardian, with the facilitation of a Boost Gymnastics coach.
