If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment. During your visit, we will take the required time to address your dental health concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan for you that will allow you to achieve better oral health.
Your initial appointment will usually consist of an examination, review of any health conditions, treatment options and possibly a cleaning. Treatment can be done or started on the same day as your first visit. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

I could not stop telling my husband and coworkers about how wonderful my experience was with the entire staff. I have never seen two people work in such synchrony as I have Nellis and her hygienist. They literally didn’t even need to speak to each other. I loved how caring, gentle, and kind everyone was.

I have been seeing Dr. Nellis for about 3 years now and I have only had wonderful experiences with her and all of her staff. They treat you like family and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! I also had a dental emergency a couple years back and they were amazing! She communicated with me closely on the weekend and got me in ASAP to fix a scary situation. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further, they are the best!

New to Tulsa and pick Nellie office for my dentist. I have to get teeth cleaned 4 times a year with not the best gums.
Michelle at the front was super helpful and explained everything. Angie was my hygienist and she did a fabulous job. I let her know I was super sensitive and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Angie is one of the few that user laser technique on the gums.
This is my new dental home and their new office is amazing.
