Had a great experience with TBP Events. Extremely professional and attentive. Very easy to get in touch with them and they followed up immediately. Reasonably priced. The bounce house we rented arrived right on time and was picked up as promised. The bouncer was clean and appeared as pictured. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

We ordered the 5-n-1 Castle Combo (Wet or Dry). Our original date was cancelled due to weather. Contract says if cancelled due to weather, the deposit is not returned and you can reschedule within a year. The remaining balance was promptly reapplied to my debit card. Customer Service was very flexible in getting another date scheduled, we was scheduled for the next weekend.
Setup guys worked quickly and professionally, resulting in a very quick set up. The Castle Combo was exactly like the picture online.
Recommending paying the extra fee and get the generator. If you want to use the wet option

I spoke with Antoine and Michelle throughout my reservation process. I was CLUELESS about what to do, what to get and how to go about everything. They were superstars in helping me get just what I needed and getting it all right. I'm pretty sure I drove them nuts with all my questions; but, they were always completely courteous and professional. Just great!!

I debated leaving a review but here's the thing, if a customer says they are dissatisfied with communication from your company, then you, as a business, should do whatever is necessary to make it right. Offer a discount, partial refund, maybe a coupon for next time. None of that was done in this case. We rented two bouncy houses from them. We had to reschedule from Saturday to Sunday because of rain. Sunday looked clear so we rescheduled to Sunday. No problems there. I told my wife early Sunday morning to downgrade or cancel so she called at 7:30am and we were told that it couldn't be
