Chef Oscar Corts provides consulting, culinary arts classes & therapeutic culinary arts sessions; training in food and kitchen safety preparation and procedures services in the U.S. and abroad.
Our Corporate Lunch Program can be chosen with the assurance that your guests will be satisfied. A balance healthy meal offers sandwiches, sides and desserts. We ask that this program be chosen for a set amount of days per week, for as many weeks as you choose. Whatever your need is, and regardless of how large or small your event will be, we can service you.
We hold Wedding Receptions, Graduations, Seated Dinners Buffets, Cocktails, Special Birthdays Parties, Baby and Bridal Showers, Holiday Celebrations, Corporate Events, Rehearsal Dinners, etc. Bring your group of family and friends to our professionally equipped and licensed kitchen. We booked Cortes Catering for a post-Memorial Service reception at a family home. Given the nature of the event, it was particularly important to us to have caterers who were efficient, thoughtful, easeful and elegant. Cortes Catering was all this and more. We received multiple compliments on the food; even highly accomplished cooks were clamoring for recipes. Communication was easy; setup and cleanup were super-efficient and unintrusive. Chef Oscar Cortes is a fabulous caterer with deep understanding of fine cuisine. He's extremely detailed and strives for excellence in all the services he provides. His knowledge about food and kitchen safety preparation and procedures is huge due to the amount of years of experience he carries with him. I would recommend Oscar for any event where the quality of the food served is a top priority.
