Promise Appliance roots originated when Brandon started working in high school installing large, heavy, premium products daily over 15 years ago. Over the years, while still going to school, but working towards becoming a technician, Brandon has worked for a few of the current competitors. All the while paying attention to how they were running their business, keeping mental notes on all the steps, good and bad.

Brandon came by to look at our oven and he was able to diagnose and repair much faster than I anticipated! I expected a long wait for parts and. Brandon was fantastic to work with. My 14 year old Viking refrigerator started having an intermittent fan problem causing it to stop cooling. After. he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be repaired.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced. BlueStar sent Promise Appliance to my home to correct a color issue that BlueStar was at fault for with a new range I purchased. I had been waiting for this issue to be resolved for several months. After a couple of uncontrollable delays and frustration levels rising, I want to thank Sativa, James and his technician for being complete professionals and resolving the issue. Promise Appliance Repair will be the only company I use going forward.

Promise Appliance Repair was referred to us by Kimball Electronics, who is the authorized Viking Service provider in our region. During these holiday times our new Viking range had a hick-up (Which turned out to be a small random issue.) and stopped working. At short notice, understanding the urgency during the holiday times, service manager Mr.James Ferguson made a service visit and resolved the issue. His service skills and attitude was top notch professionalism, going over things in general care and even to the future maintenance tips. So thankful for Promise and Mr.Feguson for saving our family
