The trouble with this company is is they go ahead and interview and speak with you and offer you employment and then do a complete background check and if you're not squeaky clean and have no criminal record then they keep you as an employee if not then they can you just before you're supposed to start the job. Everybody deserves a second chance and should be circumstantial not a blanket rule of no felony records or no criminal record and sad that they represent such major products with this attitude.

You can learn a lot about a company's culture by how they treat their vendors. The 2020 Companies is an unethical company. It feels like you're in high school when you speak with hr. They should at least spell check documents before they send them out. They shorted me on my commission check. They allowed employees Crystal Bollman and Andy Compton to discriminate against me based off my disability. Andy the so called regional manager failed to give me a badge when I asked for a Reliant company black t-shirt he gave me a blue one which was fine except I would be docked on my 1 on 1's because I didn't have a black shirt or a badge. After leaving the company I had been with for 3 years, I started looking for a new position to work.
At one point I sent my resume and recommendation over to a sales manager (Jon Sheema) of 2020 Companies who then passed my contact information to the recruiting manager. After looking over my experience, DJ contacted me and we spent about 20 or so minutes talking about what I was looking for with something new and what opportunities he had available for me. The call ended with an interview being scheduled for me to come meet the team and figure out specifics and what there was to offer.

Treated me like dirt in the interviewing process, then discriminated against me because of my age. I had more sales experience than the manager who interviewed me. Talked to corporate and got the same kind of attitude from them. Probably saved me a lot of headaches anyway. Who wants to work a part time temporary job standing around a retailer all day trying to pitch Samsung to no one who's interested.

Hello to whom may have concerns about 2020. So I was a recruit, from another 2020 employee. I was hired as a store manager, had little to no experience in this field, but what I do have is excellent customer service skills!! I have been employed by 2020 for just over 6 mi then and today I got a promotion!!! They have been more than amazing. They trained me in the campaign I would be working and I have just taken flight. Thanks to the amazing training I was given, I should make about 60k this year. This really is a wonderful company to commit to. I have not looked back once, in fact I continue looking

Wow....reading the previous posters response, one would think that 2020 companies is a scam. Isn't it funny how influenced people get by reviews?
I'm only writing this post as former down-in-out person that was struggling to find a job after some of my family members died.
I use the word 'former' on purpose.
20 20 companies gave me a job when no one else would.
To de-mystify it for the yelp community, 20 20 companies is a sales organization that works with Verizon, AT&T, Vonage, just to list a few small companies.....
These companies hire us to go to their existing
