If my radiator is leaking coolant (anti-freeze), what should I do? You could temporarily stop the leak by using egg whites. This will keep your vehicle running without damaging the radiator or overheating the engine until you reach a repair facility. What should I do if my engine belt breaks? One good thing to keep in your glove compartment is shoelaces or nylon.
Verify proper operation of interior and exterior lighting, horn, wiper/washer system, and sunroof. Drain cooling system and refill system with fresh Mercedes-Benz Antifreeze / Anticorrosion agent, diluted with water to proper strength. In cases where the vehicle is presented to us with coolant of the incorrect type, we will completely flush the cooling system with Mercedes-Benz flushing agent followed by water until completely clean.
Check and correct levels of antifreeze, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transmission and washer fluid. Inspection of vehicle for leaks: engine, transmission, steering, cooling, and differential. Drain cooling system and refill system with fresh Mercedes-Benz Antifreeze / Anticorrosion agent, diluted with water to proper strength.
Check steering for absence of play, condition of suspension track rods, front axle joints, steering linkage, and joint disc. Check brake and clutch system connectors and lines for leaks, damage, and incorrect positioning. Check headlights, foglights, parking, backup, license plate, interior (including map reading lights), glove box, flashlight, illuminated makeup mirrors, luggage compartment lights.

I've used the shop twice and they completed the work I asked them to do in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and the communication was frequent and thorough. Angela is knowledgeable and always professional and her dad is great at what he does . He's an absolute hoot to talk to. Very fun and entertaining. What I loved most is they put my car on the lift and diagnosed the issue in front me so I could hear/see exactly what the problem was.
They will be my go-to shop if I ever need anything done.

Outstanding workmanship and service by the family that owns and runs European Motors. Great customer service by the talented and beautiful Angela and her sister, Rebecca. Their father, Joe, is an encyclopedia of auto knowledge. He and two of his sons work on the cars. The family is honest, hard-working and their rates are also lower than the dealership service departments. I give European Motors my highest recommendation.

Its a family run shop. I have been using them for 3 years. You can trust the diagnosis and the repairs being suggested are needed. The caliber of technicians is at the level of dealerships.The atmosphere is homey and the job is generally completed on time.
Most needed parts are kept in their inventory. Several of my neighbors have begun to use them and are very satisfied customers.

Great, honest and most important knowledgeable about BMW and Mercedes people.I have being to many mechanics including dealerships that will go around the problem just to milk you for more money.Europen Motors will point out the issue right away.The staff there is a fresh breeze especialy for place like Naples.The shop itself is big and equipped professionally and very clean. The location is also convenient if you are close to Pine Ridge.Finding the place itself is a bit tricky since it is not visible from the street right away but watch for the sign European Motors around there and you will find
