The mission of the Brunswick School (TBS) is to provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment, and a holistic education that considers children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, language and life-skill development and progress. Services
The Brunswick School offers private child care and schooling from four months through 1st Grade. The school's curriculum teaches children through creative outlets in a structured 12 month academic curriculum. At the Brunswick School, the goal is to create happy, healthy lifelong learners. As a result, each child has the opportunity to learn at their own pace using an individualized approach.
Enrollment forms for the program your child will be attending are required before each child's starting date. To join our school, each student must have a registration form submitted. We encourage families to submit registration forms for desired start dates six-twelve months in advance. Our school offers placement all year round as a rolling admission's school.
Full-Day Monthly Tuition: includes nutritious breakfast, lunch and one daily snack made by our in-house chef. Half-Day Monthly Tuition: (8:00A-12:00P) includes breakfast and lunch made by our in-house chef. Full-Day Monthly Tuition: (8:00A-4:30P) includes nutritious breakfast, lunch and one daily snack made by our in-house chef.
Our infant classrooms, separated into two classrooms (Infant and Older Infant) create a stimulating and engaging environment that keeps children from 4 months to 18 months happy, healthy and constantly entertained, in an academically building atmosphere. Although academics are not introduced until the Toddler class, infants begin to get introduced to story time, sing-a-longs, color recognition and free artistic expression throughout their day.
Our Toddler Program is designed to support the onset of academics, creating a bridge between infancy and the older toddler age group for students starting on their educational journey ages 19 months to 29 months. In the Toddler grade level, students will be introduced to a balanced daily schedule utilizing a mix between fundamental instruction such as, basic letters and numbers and a high level of socialization and artistic expression.

When I started looking at schools for my son in downtown Jersey City, I knew there were a lot of options. Like any parent, I was looking for a loving environment where I knew my child would be safe and given care and attention. Even though he was a baby at the time, I was looking for a school that could provide a real learning environment, not just childcare. I’d heard great things about the Brunswick School and decided to take a tour and meet with Erin, the Director. TBS is a great starting point for kids to get ready for school. The staff is professional and friendly, the building is clean and very well managed. My daughter spent almost 3 years there and every single moment has been valuable. She was always happy to go to school and had grown so many skills in such a positive environment .

My daughter went to the Brunswick for her PK-4 program. In Jersey city, this is probably the only school that keeps the kids 'til 7PM for working parents for $100 extra on top of the tuition.
The student body is well diversified, which I loved. There are many schools near and around the waterfront where I live and the students are homogenous (ie: Indian kids).
The quality of education at the Brunswick School is also great!! The teachers are passionate and disciplinarians. By the time, the kids graduate from their PK-4, the 5 year olds can read a book, write sentences and do single to double digit

The Brunswick School is a great place for young kids. The Owner and Director are very hands-on, and have a clear vision for the school. The physical facility is so much better than the competition -- plenty of classroom space, natural light, everything clean, private outside space, and convenient stroller & car parking. Also, they have a private chef who creates healthy & imaginative meals (yum yum chicken & veggie dumplings, whole grain flax berry pancakes, veggie-burger sliders, steel cut oats with fruit, etc). Our child struggled with the transition to daycare at first, which is fairly common
