Heres a shot of my father, who started South Side Sales & Service over on Church street back in 1969. Massey Fergueson and Ski-Wiz, those were the days! I (Bruce Gaspardi SR) took over the business in 1984, and shortly there after we moved to our current location on Curran Highway in North Adams MA.
Machines left over 15 days from notification of completion will be charged $5 per day storage fee. If we repair your equipment the fee is included as your minimum shop charge in your total bill and is not an additional charge. If you elect to NOT have your equipment repaired or the equipment is NOT WORTH REPAIRING you WILL be charged the fee of $40.00.
We are based out of North Adams Massachusetts and have been a Polaris Factory Support Race Team since 1997. We are also the Official Polaris Support trailer in the winter months on the East Coast SnoCross Series. During the Summer month we race on the NEATV-MX Series here in the Northeast, and at select AMA Nationals on our Polaris Outlaw MXR 450s.

Update; see new pix of Kawasaki Mule returned from SouthSide Sales and service with a newly installed windshield and oil change. White glove service all the way around. Picked up, kept in touch with me, speedy install and maintenance, prompt return of the Mule, freshly washed.
Can’t ask for a better group of people.

They have a customer for life. I bent an A arm on a Thursday night. I gave them a call Friday morning to see what they could do, fully expecting I’d be out of luck for the weekend I got a call back in 15 minutes saying they would send someone over to my house to fix it. Turns out I had a cracked bushing too, they had to run back to the shop to grab the part. By the time I was home from work Friday it was fixed. Blew me away.

Very unhelpful. Made the first bad decision with this establishment by purchasing my sled from them. Received it completely filthy and on fumes for fuel and the suspension on Mac for every single shock. Fast forward to the other day and went in to get a part. Bought pet and ask if they had time to install(lower a arm) The answer was not today and that was for 11am on a Wednesday. While 7 dam people including the owner sat at the desk just chatting with each other. I walked out disgusted and drove down to orileys Took an hour and had the machine fixed and ready to go back to riding. End of the day

What a great experience with this dealer..found a sled I wanted that they had, I'm in Michigan, they went way out of their way to not only stay until past midnight on a Friday to prep and stud the machine, but to also arrange a delivery to Toledo Ohio for me to pick up! Thank you guy's! Thanks Bruce Jr and Dad...

I was very disappointed with them in regards to my weed wacker.They had it for 2 weeks and a few days. Had my wife take it in. I spoke with this guy, and told him exactly what was wrong. Check something in the fuel tank. The machine was running when I sent it there. When I called to ask about it, he the guy tried to cell me a new one. I went to pick it up, and I caught him, (the guy) in 3 different lies. I told him I just wanted my machine back and asked if they had a senior discount, or a BS discount and again voice my dissatisfaction of their services. I would diract anyone to go to Pittsfield
