I was told that the problem was different from what People's choice plumbing told me. The other company was a licensed plumber also. They wanted to charge me 4000 to replace a gas water heater to tankless to solve the gas problem - Joseph the owner came out when I told him it was a problem because of the loss of gas, even though he was busy and knew immediately what the problem was. It was still a big job to fix, but
it was fixed. It would have been the same money spent with the other plumber but the problem would have continued costing me $600 per month in lost gas - but I would have had a worthless
