I was prepared to have Pipe Doctors install a new faucet. However, the Pipe Doctor tech new exactly what to do to repair the old faucet. He also was able to unstuck my hot water valve in case I would need to close the valve in the future. Only cosy was a trip charge. I have used Pipe Doctors in the past and they get the job done for a reasonable price.

This plumber named Gerrod was rode to my wife
I could not be there due to work
Was really disrespectful to my wife ! And unprofessional! Talking like he owned the place waking away from my wife while she asked a question
I’m glad I was not there !
He would of let in a worse mood then he came in if I were there.

A tech just came from my home assigned to me by choice home warranty and became aggressive from me asking what it was he fixed (a simple, reasonable question). I would never recommend this company after the experience I just had. I felt violated in my own home and talked down to for being curious. It's my home -- I have the right to know whats going on with it. His response was that his training program is $250 per hour and he wasn't here to train me on what he fixed. He MAYBE was in my home for a total of 12 minuets...Absolutely unprofessional service!

Had an appointment with Pipe Doctors today. Was asking for a second opinion on a water heater replacement. The technician, Steven, was great. He arrived at within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. Gave me an assessment tat was online with the previous company and said he could get it done same day. He drained the old WH and left to purchase a new one. He returned and was met by a girl supervisor, Greg, to install the replacement. Easy breezy. They were both professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Steven.

I have been using Paul (Pipe Doctors) and his team for the last three years. They have completed SEVERAL JOBS for me. I am a contractor (and landlord) they have done minor repairs as well as larger scale projects including pex re-pipes in homes as well as a small apartment complex, sewer line work, gas work and of course hot water heaters!!! The prices are very fair and Paul even had his guys work Saturday and Sunday once so my tenants wouldn't be without plumbing.

I called Pipe Doctors in a panic because I had dropped my gold earring down drain. Though I could still see it, it was far down enough to warrant a call to professional. I called Pipe Doctors and spoke to Paul who was able to fit me the same day (all other services wanted to schedule me for 2 days later). Steve was the plumber that came to my home. He arrived on time and was quite professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to take care of my issue quickly. I asked the guy named Paul as a master plumber to come and install two toilets, a kitchen faucet and fix the shower faucet. I talked to him on the phone and explain the scope of work. He made an appointment for 4:00PM. At 5:30PM two guys showed up at my door and said they are plumbers. Paul never came. I checked the price on the phone and he told me between $350-$400 depends on parts that they use. they started working on toilets and started complain that we were under impression that it was just one toilet. I agreed to pay the $100 more and they accepted. these two guys were apprentice but unfortunately
