We had a minor leak on the hot water piping that was probably caused by the bad freeze last February. A valve had cracked and needed to be replaced. Brian from the Hot Water Guys came out the next day and replaced the necessary parts and put everything back together. Very pleased with the service.

Found the Hot Water Guys online and was pleased with the number of good reviews they already had. They definitely didn't disappoint! They scheduled a same day service. The tech was on time, explained everything (and even more than he probably needed to get me up to speed on the inner workings of our tankless water heater...much appreciated), and fixed the problem within the first hour for a reasonable cost. We received a text when they were on their way and their team arrived during the window slot reserved. My technician was very nice and professional. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. I asked if he could replace 2 nips that looked rusty. It took him about 10 minutes tops and I was charged an extra 1/2 hour time. I felt that was extreme and not warranted. Otherwise, I liked them.

NON RESPONSIVE! My hot water heater went out. It was under warranty and the manufacturer recommended this plumber. I called and explained the situation and had a case number from the manufacturer. The woman who answered, Carrie, wouldn't even set up appt without an authorization code. She wouldn't take the serial number the manufacturer gave me, repeatedly interrupting me. I offered to get the manufacturer on the line and she said that was my issue. RUDE. We are VERY pleased with the exceptional service provided by The Hot Water Guys - receptionists and the plumber, Bryan who repaired our tankless heater. Our 12 year old tankless water heater stopped working and I started calling plumbers who specialize in tankless heaters to check it. A cold front was going to drop temperatures and we were not looking forward to cold showers. Very professional company. I found them on Google and had many good reviews. I had to provide model and serial number while booking. They said parts are covered in warranty. Hot Water Guys are the best. I called as a first time customer to make an appointment for annual service on my tankless hot water heater. Their staff was helpful and up front about the cost and emailed me directly after we hung up to gather more information I wasn't able to provide on the phone.
The technician arrived quickly, was efficient, and even noticed something in my unit that should have been turned on to make it more efficient but wasn't, so he did so without an extra charge. I'll absolutely be calling Hot Water Guys for all future service needs on my system.

Hot Water Guys are the best! I had a problem and called another company before I knew about the Hot Water Guys. When the technician arrived he could not answer my questions about the error codes on the unit I was having problems with, just wanted to sell me a new unit. I called Hot Water Guys and Sam came out and found I was having problems with the venting on and through the roof and he scheduled repairs for the following day. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I had 3 different plumbers come to my house to address my water heater issues, and none of them knew what was going on. One told me I would need to replace the heater for $1800. The next told me he fixed the problem and the pilot light went out again immediately. Hot Water Guys showed up and were amazing. They ordered all the parts I needed on warranty, and they showed up on my doorstep free of charge the next day. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Our hot water froze overnight & the kind woman I spoke to was able to squeeze us in on a full day. When Sam showed up right on time, he found that the situation had actually resolved itself & the hot water was running again...He gave me some tips on how to solve the problem in the future & didn't even charge us for the trip. I had a defective Honeywell Gas Valve replaced by the Hot Water Guys under warranty from State Water Heaters on Oct 1. After the installation repair, my wife occasionally noticed the smell of the sulfur from the natural gas when she goes in the garage. On Oct 19 morning I was overwhelmed with the smell as I left for work. I did the soapy water test on all the connections around the water heater.
