Shutter Heaven was recommended to me by some random mom on a Facebook page, and I couldn't be happier that fate and some good yelp reviews made me contact them for a quote. After a little scheduling snafu, Cindy came out to consult with us. We had just replaced our windows and were ready to replace the window coverings. We were 99% sure we wanted plantation shutters on everything except for the very large sliding glass door in our den. For that, we needed some expert advice! We wanted something that could block out the glare and heat from the afternoon sun, but could then be swept aside

I can't say enough good things about Richard and his staff. I received in four in-home estimates for Norman brand shutters. Richard not only beat out the competition, but provided excellent customer service from day 1 to the day of job completion. His office staff is friendly, attentive and very helpful. Omar, who completed the installation was very through, paid close action to detail and left the house as clean as it was when he started. We had our front living room drapes installed by Shutter Heaven. The installers were very professional, fast & accurate. They asked if we wanted them touching the floor and asked what we wanted. Our front windows are about 20 ft long and we are very happy we had the drapes professionally installed! It would have been too difficult for us to put them up without messing up!

Shutter Heaven is the BEST at their business. Seven months ago we engaged with Richard and his team to cover 90% of our windows. We have a mixture of shades and plantation shutters. We couldn't figure out what to do with our large bi-fold door. We didn't want to make a hasty decision and cover a great asset of the house without thoroughly thinking it through. Richard did a fantastic job. They did everything on time, installation was a breeze, and the quality was phenomenal. I was a little confused by all the negative reviews on Yelp. Luckily, he also did my neighbors house and came highly recommended. They installed a total of 42 Windows, including a few remote control shades and Roman shades. His wife, Krystal, even came out to help me with the shade colors and selections. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the actual installation only took a few hours.

Richard the owners came and gave us what my wife and I thought was an ok bid. Seemed like a nice guy so we went ahead and gave him a chance. Bad choice !!! From when we gave a deposit to when he finally gave us a call was 7 weeks !! We knew it takes time to manufacture shutter. But never was there a call as far as statues update and when we attempted to call no response. Finally they call to schedule us in , the installer shows up with 3 of the 32 items we are getting installed. Call Richard a few times no answer left a message. Finally two weeks later they call to schedule appt to install the

The reason I gave this company 1 stars is because of the horrible customer service. Calls take forever to be returned and I believe they screen the calls. I know because we call on my wife's phone for weeks with no response and a call made from a different number within seconds from my wife's phone, they answer. I get it, things take time. The shutters takes weeks to manufacture. That's acceptable. What's not acceptable is when they miss their promised installation date by over a month and they don't tell you anything. You have to follow up and and they don't answer
