I purchased shutters for about half of the windows in my house and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent. The prices are great and the product is very well made. I am very happy with them. I got shutters for 11 windows and each window now looks finished and beautiful. I love how they look inside and outside, substantially dressing up the curb appeal.
The shutters were ready two weeks quicker than originally expected and the installation was fast and without any problems. I would highly recommend this business.

I contacted Bayside Shutters for repairs of my old plantation shutters. John is fantastic! His office is very efficient about setting up appointments, and he arrived both times on time. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and he helped identify what really needed to be replaced versus repaired. This saved me quite a bit of money. His prices are very reasonable! Other places that I called wanted to replace the shutters.

I couldn't be happier with my new shutters. They are beautiful -- SO well made. Bayside provides a lifetime warranty on their products and I can see now why they have such confidence in their quality.
Customer service was great every step of the way. John was a huge help with the design questions that we had about our slider and some tricky corner windows. We followed his advice and everything turned out great. Joelle in the office kept us updated every step of the way and I believe our shutters were installed ahead of schedule!

Recently used this company and the workmanship and costs were outstanding. Once everything arrived the installation was fast and accurate. I had been given an estimated time frame by most companies regarding plantation shutters of 4 - 6 weeks and some even 8 weeks. Bayside's estimate was 4 - 6 weeks but the shutters came in well under 4 weeks. We also did several windows in blinds and shades. John is knowledgeable and his staff are easy to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Absolutely outstanding, not only in workmanship & superior appearance of the product but in customer service, installation & best of all...reasonable prices. We had used Bayside Shutters previously for plantation shutters when we lived in Orange County and had such a positive experience with them. We were delighted to know that they also work in the San Diego area & so as soon as we were ready for our shutters we knew who to call. We have received tons of compliments on the shutters, they really are a cut above!
