I usually love coming here. I have Queenly as my nail tech for acrylic sets. This time, I can in asking for anyone. I had acrylic on the needed to be removed and I just wanted a plain gel manicure. The tech u had didn’t seem like she was totally sure on how to remove the acrylic. She burned my nail a few times with the drill and cut my cuticle as well. It took her very long to actually get to the part of putting on the gel. She did an ok job with the application but the nail shape is messy. I wish I got the name of our nail tech, my daughter who is 4 and I went to get manicures. They were super fast and very sweet with my daughter and our nails came out wonderful. The woman running the front desk even walked her to the bathroom and kept an eye on her for me while they finished up my nails. 10/10 recommend them!

Bliss Nail Salon was AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Please decide another salon like Lilly's nail salon on Main Street New Britain.
The experience my friend and I had at Bliss was disgusting. Their customer service is awful. They are way too busy and worry about the dollar other than the customer.
Their employees are rude, my friend asked a few questions and they chose to laugh at her and speak in front of her with her not understanding. We were so uncomfortable we choose to walk out in the middle of our services.
Never Again. You will not last long if you choose to run the way you currently do.

Don’t trust any of these reviews. This is a chop shop. Plain and simple. The inside reminds me of an old laundromat. The workers are really nice but no. Do not go here. My cuticles were cut to the point where they were BLEEDING THEN the lady proceeded to DRILL my cuticles down with two separate attachments. I was in obvious agony, the nail tech didn’t apologize once. I was gonna get a pedi too but after the torment my hands endured, I was AFRAID to get a pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE.

Lia is amazing! I had gotten canceled on by another nail tech and came in without an appointment. They were able to seat me within 5 mins and get me situated. It’s a bit pricey but it’s definitely worth it. I love my nails so much!

Abby was wonderful!! She was very friendly while doing my nails and made me feel comfortable. I got a full set and she did it quickly but perfectly. Im so glad I found a nail salon that delivers such amazing service and prices!

I absolutely love Bliss! Been going for about 5 years now, and the new location is very nice, big, and clean. Queenly is so precise with her work, will definitely be going back to her next time. Peter the manager is also very kind & gives water bottles to everyone. Nice to stay hydrated while you're getting your nails done :) reasonably priced for the quality you're receiving!
