This is hands down my favorite nail spa in CT! The staff are so dope and genuine. They really create a safe space for the clientele and are so welcoming. I can see why most of the customers are longtime repeat buyers because the service is just that good. I typically work with Jasmine but had Kendra during my last appointment. All the staff are well qualified and super sweet.
It's really easy to book your appointment online and you have the option to pay in advance. This space is conveniently located on Park Rd with a private lot.

I needed a manicure for a wedding and searched on yelp for a salon in the area. Z luxury was top rated and I was able to book online for the next day so it was super convenient. Jasmine was very social and paid attention to details. I also felt very "safe" regarding Covid precautions being in place.
My nails looked great and so far the manicure is lasting without any chipping (going on 4 days).
I highly recommend this salon !!

Jasmine was great! I had the hot stone mani/pedi, and left feeling so relaxed that I could've gone for a nap. The shop smells sweetly of gummy bears with R&B playing softly in the background.
I also bought a couple of bracelets that are handmade by the owner. I wanted to buy them all, but I settled on two...for today. They are high quality and too cute! I will be wearing them with everything!
The location was easily accessible with street parking as well as a small parking lot. We'll be back!

My girlfriend and I went to Z luxury yesterday for our first time after reading great reviews on Instagram & Best of Hartford.
We had such a great experience with Kristin & Jasmine!! I never felt rushed, and since there are only 2 techs we had the place to ourselves which was quite a treat :) . The conversation was great and my nails look amazing! Going to upgrade to the platinum mani/pedi next time, but DEFINITELY recommend the dazzle dry polish - gardened and golfed after with 0 chips! Booking is a breeze online, but do it now they book up fast...

It's very, very rare that I get my nails done but I know that Z Luxury is THE place to make that happen. I met the owner years ago (we were in a local fashion show together for autism awareness) which put this salon on my radar when I was looking for a place to get my nails done for my wedding. I'll try to find a photo to add to the stunning gallery she already has going on this page, but just know that they did an incredible job. After googling several places Z Luxury popped up with not only great personal reviews, but Best of Hartford Magazine Winner in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, and I'll be voting for them for 2020! I randomly chose Jasmine and thought it would be a one and done visit while I tried other salons. Long story short I just went for my 4th visit (with Jasmine) and it's a super place. I decided to finally write a review about how wonderful my Z Luxury family is after "stepping out" today to get a polish change. I know better to have anyone else, cut, file, or shape my nails! The nail technician, kept saying how beautiful and strong my natural nails were! During my appointment she even asked me where I normally get my nails done!
Kristin, Jasmine and Kendra all take the time that is needed on your nails. You never feel rushed, and healthy nails are growing beautiful nails!

Yesterday was my second time going to Z Luxury. This time, it was based on on a gift certificate I got for my birthday. The first time, I did a 'Boss' pedicure. It was a truly luxurious and decadent experience. Loved the principal of 'natural' products on my nails. It was about a 75-90 minute experience #lovedit. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Once I accepted that gel was wrecking my nails, I went to Z. My nails have never been stronger or healthier. The staff are so thoughtful and kind. I messed up their whole schedule by coming in late the other day after they had done me the favor or squeezing me in. They took it all in stride and I got yet another fantastic manicure.
Also, the convenience of paying ahead and booking online is the best!

I am not a big manicure person. I rarely, if ever, do anything with my nails - the only time I ever have my nails painted is if one of my friends wants to paint them for me. But yesterday was the day of my senior prom, and I figured I should have nice nails to go with my outfit, so I decided to book a manicure here - my first manicure since I was a kid - after checking Yelp. I am never disappointed when I leave Z Luxury! The atmosphere is ALWAYS soothing and inviting. Kendra's service is consistent and enjoyable each time I go. I'm glad I stopped getting acrylic and gel nails because my nails look and feel much stronger and healthier. I hope she never leaves the industry because I will surely be devastated!!

I'm not very dainty, so going in for a manicure at all felt like a big risk. I joked that I'd be better off flushing money than spending it on nails that I would chip literally the minute I left the salon.
I'm happy to have treated myself. First of all, this is not one of those glaringly bright salons. The lighting was low and relaxing. They play music you actually want to hear. The decor shows personality. There's artwork featuring Janelle Monae! The environment was such that if I had to wait awhile, I wouldn't even mind.

Z's is not the cookie-cutter nail salon. You will NOT feel like your hands are being passed down an assembly line. There are only 2 nail artists, who work by appointment only, which translates to having their undivided attention while they pamper you to heaven and back.
I refer to them as artists because they literally make your nails the canvas for their extraordinary artistic skills
