Iv been banking at this location for almost 7 years . I can’t say enough Good !!! This location has some of the best people . The young man named Gary has always gone above and beyond too help me with so many things . Between paying off loans too getting loans . The branch manager named ( CRYSTAL ) is also such a super amazing young lady !!! I’m very happy too be a customer in this branch with so many very happy faces !!! It is always a wonderful experience dealing with Campus USA credit union at Hunter’s Walk. It is largely because of branch manger Krystal Robles that I selected this institution. Before retiring, I had been in the finance industry for decades. I have worked with many cust svc reps, some excellent, some poor, and mostly middle of the road. Stacy S. at the Campus 43rd St branch in Gainesville is one of those rare people who is excellent. Her 20 yr background in bookkeeping propels her well ahead of her peers when it comes to listening and understanding a somewhat complicated financial transaction. Her friendly personality rounds her out as someone well worth working with to get something done in the world of finances in an efficient, friendly manner. You don't see her type

Listen, Emmisha works at the drive thru window 43rd street branch, go see her! She is super knowledgeable, super patient, listens to what you need, and offers suggestions when she feels she can be helpful! Where has this person been all of my banking problems ago? She is now the very reason I drive from hawthorne to 43rd branch to do my banking! Absolutely amazing experience at this bank. I came in to open up a business account and Josh was so helpful. I am a new business owner and I was needing a ton of help. He reassured me that he would help me every step of the way and he did. They really seemed to be excited for me and it felt like we were a team for all they did for me.
