I originally heard of Hometown Heating and Air when I was selling my townhouse and the sellers requested a HVAC tune up. My AC went out in July and they were the only company out of 3 that I called that could get out to my house the earliest. They were not only on-time, but early, and completed the tasks quickly and efficiently. I've called them back since for separate issues and again, punctual and professional. I ended up signing up for their annual maintenance program because of their quality of service. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I was surprised that they were able to come so quickly to fix our broken AC unit. Our tech Maxwell was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem right away and had everything up and running in no time. We will definitely call them when it is time to upgrade to a new system.

So impressed with their service! We noticed our A/C wasn’t working in the morning. I am 9 months pregnant and our service guy was here within 30 minutes of calling. Our A/C is now working great and we are so happy with the service. We are excited to do maintenance with Hometown in the future!

My ac was running but not cooling the house and it is dead of summer so the house got hot quickly. Hometown was able to get someone out two days before any other company which made my wife and kids very happy. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My issue was resolved and they were very assuring that if the issue arose again they were happy to come back out. Highly recommend.

Met Wes, the owner, for my appointment today and he's the real deal. He's very knowledgeable and caring. I like that he took the time to explain my options and didn't try any high pressure bs. I decided to go with the maintenance plan and freon to charge my upstairs unit. After one night of discomfort, I'm ready for the summer. Thanks Hometown!

The AC on the 2nd level of my home (where all the bedrooms are) stopped working on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Talk about feeling stuck and hot! Submitted for a quote that day and got a reply in less than an hour. Wesley was out here the next morning. Resolved my issue and left us cool. I feel that as someone that doesn't know anything heating and air, I could've easily been taken advantage of on cost but NOPE. It was straight forward = $75 diagnostic + cost of fix. THANK YOU WESLEY!! Will definitely refer anyone that mentions needing any heating and air help :)

We had a new A/c system put in last year because our 10 year old one required 2 repairs back to back. Since installing the new system we have had to call the contractor for service more times than I can count. We did without heat several times in the winter and when we needed 2 service calls in 2 weeks we decided it was time to have someone else look at the system.
Hometown came very highly recommend and I see why. Wes was very professional and found several items during his inspection that he would have done differently. So, without slamming the other installer he let us know he was making repairs

Wes was great. Called Wednesday afternoon, and Wes was hear the next morning at 9:00 AM. My A/C was out, and Wes quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very professional. Unlike many HVAC technicians in the past, he did not try to sell me a new system. Just a simple inexpensive fix & my A/C is blowing again.
