Was referred to them, had an install scheduled on a Wednesday and they show up and was told he couldn’t do it because an employee left. Why was this not communicated when we confirmed appointment in the AM. Then we rescheduled for Friday and never showed up. Text and called and no response. Not very professional thing to do. I don’t recommend 🤬

I bought a JD SmartHome, Security - SmartVault ADVANCED DIY KIT Digital IP PoE HD 4 camera package 8 channels, back on Feb 18th for $999+tax. I was a little concerned about doing the install and set up on my own but JD made it so much easier than I thought it could be. JD was readily available promptly returning my calls, text and emails answering all my question. The system has been up and running now for a few weeks with no problems. The HD video is clear and sharp even at night. The Easyviewer app for remote cell phone access is easy enough to set up and use. This has been a great learning experience

I had a home security monitor system installed about 5 months ago.
The quality is superior and installation professional.
I recently had fuzz on one camera and the company stands behind there products and service. A simple update in firmware done by this company. The recent thunder and lightning storm caused a blackout to one of 6 cameras, where a technician came out to troubleshoot and fix.
I'm very happy with JD Smart Home.

I have used JD twice before, with favorable reviews. The last time was less than favorable. The review was posted on Thumbtack, by Lisa W. Another review was posted on Google. His response was the same lies. This guy resorts to getting friend and relatives to give him five star ratings. He even posted a review on himself. This is a sure sign, of a struggling company. He never states where his store is located. Now he says he has no store. Once again you lied. If he is ISF certified. He says now he is not. He said new TV's don't need a burn-in period. Please google, and see what the experts

This company does a great job at a fair price and is easy to work with. I was more than satisfied with the TV wall mounting they did for me. They are fast and efficient and were able to make special accommodations for me which is always appreciated. Call these guys and you can be confident in a job well done.
