We relocated from the East Coast to SATX. We initially contacted APEX for their security system. However, after chatting with two extremely knowledgeable team members, Mike and Anthony we ended up getting a customized security system that fits our needs, the Pureonics water filtration system to ensure we have clean water, and the HVAC filter system to ensure clean air ALL for a very affordable monthly investment! Mike and Anthony answered all our questions (and there were lots) without making us feel that we were a burden. They provided an amazing depth of customer service that made us comfortable

We just moved into our new home. After renting a home with horrible water we knew we needed to get a water softener right away. Not only were we able to get an appt right away they were able to get the install done quickly. Anthony Guerra was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He was able to show us exactly what we needed by doing water tests and gave us options that fit our needs. We will be trusting Apex in the future for other products and services they offer and referring them to everyone we know.

Apex is great and way beyond just home security! I'm a realtor and that is how I was introduced to Nataly and Jason with Apex. We set an appointment for a water softener at my personal residence (not for a client) and the person that came to our house (David) wasn't just a salesman, he had a master's degree in water science and working on his Phd. He also invented the water softener that we have in our house now...Wow! It doesn't run on salt and it doesn't need replacement parts like resin. He was great, the customer service was great, the softener is expected to last 20
