Too bad I cannot highlight zero stars. Just had terrible experience with this company, despite using them in the past with good results. We were scheduled for service and they totally blew us off. No phone call, nothing. Called the office and was given a million excuses. Bottom line they are disorganized and very unprofessional. Feel bad I referred several people. I take back any good recommendation. This company stinks and so does the owner. Never again KP see ya!!!!!
