The electrician was very nice and professional in communication. The outlet for my air conditioner works as it should. But he did not take his time to make the outlet aligned. I asked him to fix it and made it better but still very crooked.

We've used JOLT Electrical Services several times over the past year (replaced light switches, added outlet with GFI, replaced outdoor outlet, added ground wire, etc.). Our most recent experience involved fixed a ventilation fan electrical problem brought on by a third-party during the installation. The original installer (NOT JOLT) took 2 additional days after the install trying to figure out what was wrong. I finally had enough and called JOLT. It took Steve 1 hour to resolve the problem. Again, I've used this company several times and have ALWAYS been extremely happy with the service and cost

Jolt serviced my generator for two years, but really just seemed to change the oil. When a big storm hit, the generator failed, because the battery was at the end of its life and the charger was not connected correctly. Both of these failures should have been identified during routine service, but we are all humans and are not always perfect.
