I grew up in Westerville Ohio and after graduating from Westerville North High School traveled the country photographing work for clients like Rolling Stone, AVEDA and The Home Depot. From New Orleans to Miami Beach to Las Angeles to Atlanta and beyond I worked hard to develop a style to my work and a passion for photography that won many awards for my clients and myself.
Wes is well known for his inventive editorial and beauty portraiture-cleanly lit images with a vitality and vibrancy that impacts viewers immediately. His photographic collaboration with the Aveda student design team resulted in two Aveda's Edwin Neill Full Potential awards. He also earned a Best of Show Award for a Children's Miracle Network calendar, an organization to which he donates his photographic work.

Services
Whether it's because of budget or logistics, often shooting products on location isn't an option. For this reason, I have worked out a solution for recreating the look and feel of a location image done in the studio. The hybrid approach allows for more time and control over the lighting and styling than is generally possible when working on location.
