We are constantly adding new equipment to our state of the art 22,000 square foot facility. And, our coaches are the best around!

Services
Misty has more than 25 years of gymnastics coaching experience at every level from Pre-K through Level 10. Several of her former gymnasts have gone on to compete at the college level. Misty oversees all coaching, conducts regular coach training and develops team training plans and drills. She works with all team athletes, and serves as Head Coach for our gymnasts at levels 7-10 and Xcel Diamond.
Our competitive team currently consists of Xcel levels Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond and Women's Developmental Program levels 6 - 10. We believe the Xcel program is an excellent way to prepare gymnasts for the higher optional levels since it promotes individuality and allows us to customize a gymnast's experience based upon skill levels.
At MEKS we believe it is absolutely possible to have a facility that focuses on the whole child and not simply a gymnast ~ a place where children can grow in the love of gymnastics with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional coaching truly focused on their individual strengths.

I'm more and more disappointed every year with the service of MEKS Gymnastics. I was in a local store when I had my MEKS t-shirt on. A lady stopped me and asked if I had someone that went there. I informed her my daughter did. She said my granddaughter just started and we are not happy at all. She said it was a waste of money. I tried to turn her thoughts around because ultimately I am happy. I just wish the coaches would not favorite or choose "pets" to work with more than others. It is seen and if parents can see it so can the girls/teams. I hope they turn it around because I would hate to pull

Meks has been a stepping stone in our 2 year olds development, during the first visit to the tot class she was a little uneasy and didn’t want to do anything. 3 months later and she is a completely different kiddo. She loves playing with the other girls and learning the basics and we look forward to coming in on Saturday’s! Meks is awesome! Would highly recommend them for anyone big or small.
