This was by far the easiest and least stressful experience i have had with a process like this.
Stuart and Holly were extremely helpful and super friendly.
I cut my Mortgage down by 15 years, cashed out money to clear debt and get some projects done and my mortgage payment is basically the same. Oh and im saving $57000.

We had a great experience with First Family Mortgage. We had explored refinancing a couple of years ago, but had a terrible experience with another lender and quit. First Family was a completely different experience. Eric stayed in communication the whole time and I had lots of help from the First Family staff. Everyone is friendly and works hard to help you. I’m so glad I heard about Save with Conrad on the podcast and took the time to call. They now only saved us thousands, but now our family is on the right track to achieving our financial goals. Wow. I come here to leave my own review and First review I saw on here and it's the same problem I'm dealing with. I got Diane and she has been going days between with responses to my questions. When I did start getting responses I just didn't feel the care towards getting me through this quickly and comfortably. As a 1st time home buyer I was really nervous and unsure about the whole experience, however was able to walk me through the entire process and make it a lot less stressful.
