I currently offer individual, and marriage counseling in the Las Vegas area working with clients to improve the quality of their lives. I have over 10 years experience in mental health and 5 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from UNLV specializing in Strengths Based Approaches. My areas of expertise include women's issues on topics such as anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma recovery and more.

The price of education in America is not cheap, and I wasn't going to keep spending money on classes to flunk out of them. Knowing that I was the one that was financially in charge of my education motivated me to be a better student. Overthinking is when thinking becomes a detriment to your goals.
Jacent was so insightful and relatable! She came in and held 2 sessions at our office and discussed what a life coach offers and answered any and all questions. So liberating for us all because she created the atmosphere of one that was conducive to a group therapy session. Our staff here are already asking for her to return next quarter.
The best mental health exercise you can do at home is to practice awareness. We are hearing a lot about mindfulness and meditation right now and awareness is the core of that. Awareness gives us feedback on our current state and the ability to decide what we want to do. It can elevate your mood and make challenges more manageable.
