The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I went in to get a conditioned checked. I got a full body check up, from scalp to toe, and explanations on what to look out for. Dr. Cindy made my day and I found a dermatologist I’d like to keep for life. She irradiates positive energy, the kind you wish you got to experience everyday! What an amazing lady.

10/10 experience here. I am naturally very trepidatious of doctor’s offices, but my entire visit here was very smooth. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the doctor herself. My provider explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and was very nice and encouraging. I was in and out within 30 minutes and my skin is already feeling better since starting my prescription. Only dermatologist I will visit from now on!

I have struggled with acne and terrible bacne for years. I went from derm to derm all around Boston who recommended expensive treatments without really coming up with a plan. I got a chemical peel that did more harm than good. I was so sick of not feeling like I had a doc on my side who CARED. Dr. Graber and I worked together over the course of a year to get my skin in shape for my upcoming wedding. With a combination of patience, some medicine, retinol and a few treatments, I'm happy to report that now my skin is the clearest it's ever been, and my back acne is completely gone! I've never seen

Hands down the BEST dermatologists in Boston!!!!! They diagnosed a melanoma that I had on my leg that my previous dermatologist told me not to worry about for 2 years! Appointments are super easy to make, the office is super clean and bright, and the staff is amazing as well. I can't wait to try them out for some cosmetic stuff that I want done. I highly recommend the Dermatology Institute of Boston!!

First of all, the office is clean and great about covid precautions. Secondly, when I called to make an appointment, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get in as I work 9-5 (which we all know really means 8-6...). They had an opening for 7am (!!!!!) on a Wednesday and I was able to see the nurse practitioner Cindy Sershen. She was super knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and has been able to manage my care better than my previous MD in New York. Finally, you really get the sense that everyone on staff cares about you getting the best care you can get that day. I don't know how they do it, but
