Caveat Emptor!! Buyer Beware!!
I had the misfortune of having this company install my home alarm system. It took them two of the first three years of my contract for them to finally get the system fully operational. Many times I had to rearrange my schedule for them to come out to the house and attempt to get it in good working order, many times they failed miserably. On one visit I mentioned to the technician (one of the owners at the time) that it was very time consuming week after week for them to come out to my house to attempt to get my system working properly. His reply… “Yeah

We own Laundromats and Sound and Sound installed surveillance video in all our locations. They are always professional, reliable and a phone call away when we have issues. The office in one of our Laundromats was recently broken into. Thankfully to the surveillance video the police found and arrested the person who broke in. We have had several other smaller issue since we first got the surveillance cameras and always are resolved due to the ability to look back on the video. The system is priceless to us and we are so thankful to Dan and all his associates at Safe and Sound.
