After you sign up with us online, complete Part (b) by listing the "Name of Commercial Registered Office Provider" as Clarion Service Company and the "County" should be marked Chester. You are not obligated to use a C.R.O.P., but many companies choose to do so for enhanced privacy or because they do not have their own Pennsylvania address.
Our online system allows us to securely share documents with you, such as corporate records and sensitive files. Get your legal documents when you want, how you want. If you're a new client or have asked us to work on a large matter, we normally request an upfront retainer payment. We hold retainers in our Trust Account until they're earned.
Duie is dedicated to outstanding client service, with an emphasis on clarity and a practical approach to what his clients want. Duie represents clients in business and real estate transactions and corporate matters, with a focus on privately held and family businesses, including estate planning. He also represents nonprofits, charities, and foundations with startup and other matters.
Courtney works closely with her clients to develop personalized plans that achieve both their personal and business goals. Courtney concentrates her practice in estate planning and elder law, as well as corporate and real estate transactions. Courtney represents individuals and families and prepares wills, trusts, healthcare powers of attorney, living wills, financial powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

My wife and I recently formalized our Wills & POA with Courtney Wiggins and the team at Clarion. The process was simple and stress free, thanks in large part to an Estate Planning Essentials program they created - which is an online portal that provides guidance every step along the way. There were online videos and resource pages, but if we had any questions or needed clarification, Courtney was always prompt with her response. The estate planning process was much more streamlined than I imagined and without hesitation, I definitely recommend Clarion's services to others.

Clarion Law was an amazing place to get our living will. Courtney was very professional and met with us online using Google Hangouts. We were then able to meet in person to get all the documents signed. It's great to have such a responsive and professional law firm right here in downtown West Chester.

I've worked with Jim at Clarion for a bit now and they are always fast, accurate and a pleasure to work with.
I'm a young entrepreneur so I really appreciate the way they do things.
They left things I kind of can't stand about showing up to a lawyers office out of the picture and added in a modern office + convenient tech.
They are a young in attitude (forward thinking, transparent pricing, up to date tech) but experienced in practice company. With law you don't want a sloppy job. You want proactivity & outright quality.
